When buying shoes and boots, you should always size 1/2 to a full size bigger. China seems to have variance in their sizing that leans towards smaller than actual US sizing.
As noted in our FAQ and our Return Policy, unless you are willing to provide pictures of your foot being measured, we have nothing to prove the supplier provided you a size too small. We lose money/you lose money and you have no exchange leverage with the supplier.
We feel bad about having to nix returns on sizing, but it's the nature of the business when you are dealing with a country other than the good ol' USA.
