Part I - Returns
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ONLY DONE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. WRONG SIZE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. EXCHANGE MAY BE POSSIBLE IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS YOUR SIZE. PLEASE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND PART I, 6, PART III, 1, PART III, 5, PART III 6, PART III, 6(a), PART III, 7 - PART III, 7(c), PART III, 8
1(a) - PLEASE MEASURE YOUR FEET BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. THE MANUFACTURER'S ALL PROVIDE A SIZING CHART. IF YOUR FOOT IS SMALLER THAN THEIR SIZE, IT WILL NOT FIT. JUST BECAUSE YOU WEAR A SIZE 9 US, THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT'S A SIZE 9 US EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY IT. PAY ATTENTION TO THE CM SIZING AND MEASURE YOUR FOOT.
1(b) - IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REACH YOU TO RESOLVE IN A TIMELY MANNER, WE WILL GIVE YOU OPTIONS TO RESOLVE. IF YOU DON'T RESPOND BY DATE STATED IN THE EMAIL, THE ITEM BECOMES PROPERTY OF ReShop Store AND WE WILL MAKE NO OTHER EFFORT TO RESOLVE. OUR DECISION IS FINAL. SEE PART II, 23, BELOW.
2. IF YOU USED A DISCOUNT CODE TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE, THEY ARE CONSIDERED SALES AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN. THIS IS SOLELY DISCRETIONARY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
3. BEFORE YOU PRESS SUBMIT ON YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW YOUR CART TO VALIDATE THE ITEM IS WHAT YOU WANT, AND YOUR DISCOUNT (IF ANY) IS APPLIED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOVE WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. ALL CORSETS, LEGGINGS and SCARVES ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.
7. WE HAVE NO GROUND TO STAND ON WITH OUR SUPPLIERS IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS AND PICTURED PROOF OF YOUR FOOT, BODY SIZING, ETC.
8. IF YOU CAN SEND A PICTURE OF YOU AND A MEASURING DEVICE, WE CAN ACCEPT THE RETURN AS OUTLINED BELOW.
9. WE HAVE PROVIDED THE ABOVE SIZING CHART AS WELL AS CM CONVERSION PAGE. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO PROVIDE PROOF WITH OUR SUPPLIERS AND ARE PRESUMED CUSTOMER WRONG VS CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
10. We can not guarantee exchanges because it's not guaranteed that the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive and inspect your returned item. We will try to exchange for similar product if we have an item that is available in our inventory.
11. All returns have to be received no later than 14 business days from the day it was received (Shipped orders, date received is the delivery date shown when tracked via USPS) and must have all original packaging and tags and free of any perfume or other odors.
12. ANY ITEM THAT HAS MAKEUP STAINS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
13. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT DIDN'T ARRIVE BY A CERTAIN DATE. THERE WILL BE NO RMA# AUTHORIZED. IF SOMEHOW YOU DO FIND A MAILING ADDRESS AND SEND TO US WITHOUT A RMA# - YOU ARE FORFEITING YOUR MERCHANDISE. BETTER TO USE EBAY OR SOME OTHER SERVICE TO DISPOSE OF THE ITEM YOURSELF.
Part II - REFUND - STORE CREDIT
1. WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE ONLY DO RETURNS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. USUALLY WE WILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO SELL YOUR WRONG SIZE PRODUCT ON YOUR OWN TO SOMEONE. SEE PART I, 6 ABOVE ABOUT WRONG SIZE IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR A RETURN.
2. WHAT YOU PAID IS MINUS ANY DISCOUNT CODES. WE TECHNICALLY DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT A RETURN WHEN YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE AS NOTED ABOVE.
3. NO STORE CREDIT CAN BE ISSUED UNTIL THE ITEM YOU ORDERED HAS BEEN RETURNED.
4. FOR NORMAL RETURNS, SUCH AS WRONG SIZE WITH PROOF AS OUTLINED ABOVE, STORE CREDIT WILL BE WHAT YOU PAID MINUS A 30% RESTOCK FEE - AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS PASSED BY OUR QA INSPECTION TEAM. PROOF MUST BE ATTACHED IN A FORM OF A PICTURE IN AN EMAIL REPLY TO YOUR RMA# ISSUE EMAIL.
5. FOR NORMAL RETURNS, SUCH AS WRONG SIZE WITHOUT PROOF AS OUTLINED ABOVE, STORE CREDIT WILL BE WHAT YOU PAID MINUS A 50% RESTOCK FEE - AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS PASSED BY OUR QA INSPECTION TEAM
5(a). FOR NORMAL RETURNS, THAT ARE THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT MEASURING SIZING, AND THE SIZE IS VALIDATED AS CORRECT BY THE QA INSPECTOR AS WELL AS THE MANUFACTURER, STORE CREDIT WILL BE WHAT YOU PAID MINUS A 95% RESTOCK FEE.
6. FOR NORMAL RETURNS, SUCH AS DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG ITEM, WRONG COLOR, WRONG STYLE, STORE CREDIT WILL BE WHAT YOU PAID MINUS A 30% RESTOCK FEE - AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS PASSED BY OUR QA INSPECTION TEAM
7. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS THE WRONG COLOR, AND IT'S FINE OTHERWISE, IT IS SUGGESTED THAT YOU SHOULD KEEP IT AS THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOUR COLOR WILL BE IN STOCK WITH THE SUPPLIER, AND YOU WILL BE OUT THE ITEM ENTIRELY AND PAY TWICE FOR SHIPPING TO HAVE IT SENT BACK TO YOU.
8. IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE AND DOUBLE ORDERED AN ITEM, YOU MAY RETURN IT ON A CASE BY CASE BASISE. STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED MINUS A 75% RESTOCKING FEE - AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS PASSED BY OUR QA INSPECTION TEAM. IT'S BETTER FOR YOU TO DISPOSE OR SELL THE ITEM YOURSELF.
9. IF YOU WANT TO JUST RETURN AN ITEM WITH NO REASON OTHER THAN YOU DON'T WANT IT, WE NO LONGER WILL ACCEPT THAT TYPE OF RETURN AS IT'S NOT A VALID REASON TO RETURN AN ITEM. IT'S BETTER FOR YOU TO DISPOSE OR SELL THE ITEM YOURSELF.
10. IF A RETURNED ITEM IS SEVERELY DAMAGED BY YOU AND NOT IN THE SHIPPING TO YOU OR WE CAN'T RECOVER COSTS BY RESELLING IT AS SIGNED OFF AND CERTIFIED BY OUR QA INSPECTION TEAM, A STORE CREDIT WILL STILL BE ISSUED MINUS A 95% RESTOCKING FEE - AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS PASSED BY OUR QA INSPECTION TEAM
11. WHAT YOU PAID IS MINUS ANY COUPON OR DISCOUNTS YOU USED.
12. The store credit has to be used all at once. It can not be used more than once.
12(a). YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT. AFTER THAT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR CAN WE BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY MONETARY LOSS TO YOU.
12(b). WE ALSO WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUING ANOTHER STORE CREDIT IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT USE THE STORE CREDIT IN 30 DAYS
12(c). WE WILL BE VERY CLEAR ON THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE STORE CREDIT.
12(d). Store Credit not fully used will have zero redeemable value. You must fully spend the store credit amount, any left over credit is null and void. These are one time use.
ie: you have $39.99 store credit, you need to spend on item that is $40.00 or more or you forfeit remaining amount. If you spend store credit of $39.99 on $33.99 item, you will NOT receive credit for an additional $6. No additional store credit is issued once we process your return.
13. If the item does not pass quality control you will be responsible for shipping cost to ship your item back to you.
13(a). If the item does pass quality control, but you choose to have your items returned to you vs accepting store credit, you must pay for the return shipping.
14. We also reserve the right to keep the merchandise and dispose as we see fit if the cost to ship back to you would be detrimental to profitability for the store. You may receive a small store credit dependent on if it would be profitable for the store to do so. This is up to the discretion of the QA Inspector and store owner.
15. Merchandise damaged by pulling the tags off are not eligible for return or exchange. All tags should be cut off and never pulled. NO EXCEPTIONS
16. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU WILL HAVE 3 DAYS FROM RECEIPT TO NOTIFY US. NO EXCEPTIONS.
17. Once the return has been received there is a 15 business day processing time. This time can be sooner, but dependent upon supplier responsiveness.
18. If eligible for store credit. it can take up to 15 business days to process.
19. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED FOR RETURN YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST BACK TO YOU.
20. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF WE HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED PRIOR TO THE ITEM BEING RETURNED.
21. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP ANY ITEM WITHOUT A PROPER RMA# AND DISPOSE AS WE SEE FIT. YOU LOSE ANY RIGHT TO RECLAIM THE ITEM IF YOU SEND IT WITHOUT RMA#.
22. Non-returnable merchandise - the customer forfeits all rights to the merchandise. Be sure your merchandise isn't damaged, severely worn, or unclean when returning.
23. Any item returned 30 days after delivery is subject to quick resolution as our suppliers will not take the item back nor exchange it. If no resolution is reached after ReShop Store offers a resolution or settlement, the customer forfeits the item to ReShop Store to dispose of the items as it sees fit.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
Print out the confirmation email with the order number and include it in with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
PART III - RETURN
1. NEW POLICIES MAY HAVE COME INTO EFFECT SINCE YOU SENT IN YOUR RETURN. THEY WILL ALWAYS OVERRIDE AND SUPERCEDE ANY PRIOR AGREEMENTS MADE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL. WE WILL TRY TO BE FAIR BUT AS NOTED IN PART III, 7 - WE ARE A FOR PROFIT COMPANY. MANAGEMENT MAY CHANGE POLICY WITH NO NOTICE.
2. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. IF YOU DO, WE NO LONGER WILL BE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE OR HELP YOU WITH YOUR PURCHASE ISSUE.
3. ALL STORE CREDIT PURCHASES THAT WERE PART OF A REFUND POLICY INITIATED STORE CREDIT ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS.
4. WE RESERVE ALL RIGHTS TO RESELL ANY ITEM THAT IS RETURNED TO US TO RECOUP OUR COSTS OF GIVING YOU STORE CREDIT.
5. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAXIMIZE OUR PROFIT WITH NO FURTHER REIMBURSEMENT TO YOU ONCE WE HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR RETURN.
6. YOU GIVE UP ALL RIGHTS TO THE MERCHANDISE ONCE WE HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR RETURN.
6(a). NEW POLICIES COME OUT ALL THE TIME DUE TO EXPERIENCE WE HAVE WITH CUSTOMERS (YOU). NEW POLICIES OVER RIDE ANY OLD ONES.
7. WE ARE A FOR PROFIT STORE AND COMPANY. WE ARE NOT IN THIS BUSINESS TO LOSE MONEY.
To return your product, you should email us first at - firstname.lastname@example.org - we will give you a return authorization (RMA#) and mailing instructions.
7(a - 1). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7(b). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7(c). All returns past 30 days after receiving the order are subject to the discretion of ReShop Store on whether we will accept the order. We will attempt to work with the customer as long as the merchandise is not damaged, but the customer has about ~1 week or less to resolve the issue. If the customer does not respond in a timely manner, ReShop Store will consider any return that occurs past 30 days after receiving their merchandise as the property of ReShop Store. The customer forfeits all rights to said merchandise. ReShop Store will dispose, sell for profit, as deemed necessary to recover our losses.
7(c-1). Timely manner in response as noted in 7(c) above means that if we ask you to respond by a certain date, and you do not, you forfeit any rights to your returned item as we are trying to help you resolve an issue past our normal return policy time. ReShop Store will dispose, sell for profit, as deemed necessary any items that are abandoned by clause 7(c) above.
8. As noted in Part I - Returns, 23 and also above in 7 (a-c1) any return 30 days after an item is delivered becomes the property of ReShop Store to dispose as it sees fit. We will attempt to offer a resolution or settlement and if the customer doesn't respond as in 7 (c, c1) above, the customer forfeits further rights to the item. ReShop Store is, as noted in Part III - Returns, 5-7, are a for profit company, and we will do what we can to resolve issues, but at the end of the day, as noted in Part III - Returns, 5-7 - we do what is most profitable for ReShop Store.
